I learned quite a few things. Mike also addressed a separate issue with the same car, as a lady backed into my car about 30 minutes prior. Between Mike and Cody, I felt reassured that the car I recently purchased was structurally sound. Mike kept me informed via voicemail, etc., and was always considerate and informative about repairs needed for the 2020 Corolla I brought in I have always purchased used cars, and since 1997, all have been Toyota‘s, mostly from your used cars down the road. This latest 2020 was not from your lot—-limited inventory. Keep up the excellent work"
