My car was brought in and everything was explained to me from beginning to end. I was also asked if I wanted to opt in to text messages to receive the status of my car. They kept me in the loop the entire way. If there is a delay, it’s explained as to the delay and a new estimated date. This was a huge plus for me. I got my car back today and it was immaculate! I am highly impressed with their work! I hope I don’t have another collision incident. But if I do, Brannings is my #1 place to go. I’m not looking anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!!!!!"
