I appreciate the effort on my car. Though it was a big work, there were some issues after I got my car and the delivery date was delayed for several times. It would be better if they can be more careful. The overall condition of the car is good and they are willing to fix those issues.

The repair on my truck was completed a day earlier than expected. The work that was done on my truck was excellent and the employees were all.very courteous and friendly. I would recommend First Choice to anyone that needs auto body repair.

My truck has automatic drop down running boards. I didn't notice when I picked my truck up that the running boards were not operating. I took my truck back but 1st Choice was unable to get them working, so I took my truck back to the place thatvinstalled the boards. They took less than 5 minutes to get them working again. Not a black mark against 1st Choice but still had to have the running boards serviced.

The only reason it is an 8 rather than a 10 is that we originally told it would be 3 maybe 4 weeks but it ended up being 6. We were told it would be ready the 25th, then it would be ready the 28th and was finally ready the 29th. The problem was that went beyond what our insurance would pay for rental car so we had to pick up the remaining amount which was quite a surprise.

I enjoyed working with Yvonne and receiving all the updates via text for my vehicle. Patrick and I played phone tag a few times.
