The job performed was excellent, on time. I went to the evaluation, then the parts were requested, one time the shop was ready, they called me and we scheduled to drop off my vehicle. They were on contact during the time my car was on the body shop and finally the car was ready 2 days before the final date. The body work and paint match are excellent, but the communication and time for repairs estimate was horrible. Also, the final bill was padded with extra items that were not needed nor asked for, like an unnecessary tire replacement and front end alignment. These things raise the cost and cause higher insurance costs in the long run.
