They tried to pass a very substandard repair, in my opinion. They asked to give them a ½ hour to correct the imperfections by buffing the areas that were questionable, to no satisfaction. The told me that they would need it for another week and I agreed to the delay. I received a call on the,following Monday and was told the truck was complete and ready. I showed that afternoon and accepted the truck repairs.

I had first called to request a rental car thru Allstate insurance and was told there were no rentals available in the price range that was covered by my insurance. Only trucks that were more expensive and so I had to schedule frlor the following week where they had a rental car in my price range. Once I got the, it was great. Service and the person that had taken care of me.

My vehicle looked brand new after the repair was complete. I’m very happy with the collision repair, especially since my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was a new 2023 that I owned for only 2-1/2 months when a person ran a 4 way stop & crashed into my Jeep. Thanks Oscar for a job well done. The only negative was the time it took for the repairs which were delayed due to back ordered parts from Chrysler/Jeep and not the fault of First Choice. I highly received if you need a collision repair for your vehicle.

I would definitely recommend First Choice for repairs. I had only had my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 2 1/2 months when it was in an accident. First Choice was a preferred vendor for my insurance company so they made the entire process very easy for us. Oscar returned my Jeep in the same condition as before the accident. It did take 5 weeks for repairs but that was due to parts being backordered.
