Despite being aware of the issue and charging for wheel alignment, the wheels are still out of alignment with the steering wheel.

Was very pleased with how Oscar was able to help me from day 1 up until I picked up my car. After the few concerns I still had he took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied and was able to still help with out feeling heard and took his time with explaining everything done to my vehicle. so I do thank him for that!
