Took longer than initially stated with multiple texts moving date forward. When picked up vehicle, had to wait for part that was not installed to be installed.

I am very pleased with the repairs made to my Traverse. The paint is a complete match as well. The fact that it was ready a week earlier than expected was the icing on the cake. 1st Choice Collision did a great job taking car of my car and me. I received messages with updates several times a week, so I never had to wonder what was going on. And, in addition to doing a great job, there was a nice surprise when i picked up my car: it was shiny clean and vacuumed. Nice touch! And one I will remember. Thanks 1st Choice!

What can I say... If I can give this company a 20 I will! I appreciate the integrity of this company. In the past, I had to fight with insurance company and collision center to get things done. This particular situation was different. The collision center fought on my behalf to ensure my vehicle will operate correctly. Not once did I have to worry about my car not being taken care of. They keep you inform along the way. They even got my car back to me weeks before the expected finish date.
