Oscar did very good job. He showed me the work he had fixed, the body part looks perfect. He told me not to wash the car before 30 days.That’s useful to know. I observed my car is very clean in and out of it.

I had a great experience with my recent auto repair thanks to Oscar and Yvonne. From start to finish, Oscar was extremely pleasant to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle so I could clearly understand the repairs that were needed. Yvonne, the customer service representative, was also wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was handled efficiently from the front end. Her communication and positive attitude really helped make the experience even better. It’s not always easy finding an auto repair shop where both the technician and customer service team treat you with honesty and respect, but this was definitely one of those experiences. I truly appreciate the excellent service and quality work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repair. The part was on backorder for quite some time, at no fault of 1st Choice Collision, but they kept us continually updated with the progress. Once the part came in, the vehicle was ready to be picked up the following day. The paint job matched perfectly, which impressed me because it was a brand new color! I highly recommend 1st Choice Collision for all your body shop needs!

The work that was done to my truck was beyond excellent everyone was super nice and oscar was very detailed with the work that was gonna be done and very informative on how long it would take for the repairs to be done i will definitely be bringing any future repairs here to get worked on and even taking the time to not only detail the outside of my vehicle but detailing the inside as well is beyond exceptional and greatly appreciated
