They have a great workflow that steps you through the whole process. It begins with them examining the car and explaining what needs to be done, updates on the progress, and a final walkthrough of the repairs and warranty. They also found damage from a previous incident that another shop missed.

AMAZING JOB!!!! My vehicle looks like the day I bought it. Wonderful work!! Oscar was very helpful,attentive and friendly in taking care of my vehicle and all my questions and concerns. I even got my vehicle back ahead of schedule.I really appreciate you guys. Yvonne was very friendly and helpful with all my other questions and concerns. I will only bring my vehicle to first choice collision because they do amazing work. They are honest,skilled,friendly and care about you as a person and getting you back in your vehicle as soon as possible, while doing a fantastic job. The color on the paint does not match. The manager tried to convince me it was a shadow. I have asked three other people to look at my truck. I told them I had something painted and two of the three noticed the same thing I pointed out to the manager ant the other noticed a touched up chip on the same repair. This is totally unacceptable. They did offer to repaint the bumper which will cost extra for rental car. I am totally disappointed that they would turn this truck back to me as a finished product.
