Could not have asked for better service and updates throughout the process. My car required extensive work and was at the shop for over 2 months. Bertie is the best at being the face of this business. And other staff I interacted with were so professional. I highly recommend this business to everyone!

Great experience! Had to have my rear bumper replaced on my 2020 GMC 2500HD Denali. Looks like new. And, they washed my vehicle and cleaned the interior area as well. Communication was easy, and all of the staff I delt with were courteous and professional.

It wasn’t really the front desk person’s fault, but she tried to call me and update me as much as possible after I was told the repair would take 3 days and it took 9. This was very inconvenient in light of turning down the rental my insurance offered.
