This could improve depending on actually getting my vehicle finished completely. At this time, I am very frustrated with the process.

When I picked up my car, even though I was told it was sent through a quality check, I noticed several things that weren't repaired that were on the initial list. There were still 2 dents in the front fender. They repainted the front fender; however, did not fix the dents. The front fender trim wasn't installed to match the other doors. The broken mud flap wasn't replaced. Now we have to bring the vehicle back in at a later date to have these items fixed which should have already been taken care of.

The personal interactions has been fine. Everyone that we spoke to was very friendly. Even the employee that I talked to about the items that weren't fixed was friendly and understood. He agreed that the items were not fixed that were in the initial estimate.

My experience with 2 Brothers Collision was wonderful starting with the estimate process through picking up my vehicle upon completion of the repair. Everyone that I encountered was extremely helpful. They explained everything thoroughly. Even though I was given an acceptable date to bring my vehicle in for repair, they were able to bring me in 2 weeks earlier. They finished the repair in a very timely manner. The repair was done extremely well. It was restored to pre collision condition. The vehicle was so clean also. I was pleased with everything about the entire process.

I searched for several months to find the truck I purchased. Then within 4 months of buying it, it was involved in an accident. 2 Brothers repaired the vehicle like new. Actually better than new. Everything works exactly as it did on day one and it looks great. I am glad I trusted my vehicle with 2 Brothers. I do not believe another shop would have took the care to repair it with such attention to detail. I could not be happier with the outcome.
