Everyone I spoke with was very friendly; however I called several times, left messages and never received a call back. In fact, I had to find out that the completion date was delayed by the car rental agency.

I was mostly satisfied with 2 Brothers, but communication was sometimes difficult. I left a couple of messages that were not returned. When I talked to Bertie she was very responsive, but most of the communication to me was initiated by me to determine the status of my repair, and why we went from a week repair to a month, and why we went from a little over $1700 repair to a nearly $3000 repair.
