Up in air until I see about my window

Satisfied with the bodywork. However my drivers side window is out of alignment. They want me to bring it in to get fixed and wait for it while they are fixing it. I went up once and they said it would be an hour because of lunch and to bring it back. So Iâm going to try again - it is very hard for me to find an hour to go over and wait as I work full time.

Same as previous issue with window alignment. Electronic window does not close - it bounces back down when I try to roll it up.
