Time will tell on how good repair was done. I have no idea what all was completed since no one did walk around with me. I only have the paperwork to tell me what was performed. I would have to mention that I received poor customer service at front desk if I did refer someone.

Front desk rude. No one did walk around with me on vehicle. I was just handed form to sign and asked if I had deductible to pay. I asked clerk about walk around and was told they weren't done but somebody could be contacted if I really wanted them to. This is the first auto collision place I have been to where I just dealt with secretary at completion. Always before someone would walk around vehicle and show me what was done and discuss any concerns BEFORE signing the release form for insurance to pay bill. I really wish I would have insisted on doing a walk around before signing the form but was aggravated with treatment I received.

I did not receive any phone calls or messages my car was ready the lady from hertz rental had to call me now I have to pay for 5 days because I didn't know my car was ready

The "fine" details seem to have been overlooked. The decal looks like a 2 year old put it on and the sensors were not checked.
