Unfortunately I have had to visit 2020 twice in less then 6 months because of distracted drivers on the road. On both occasions 2020 handled my car troubles quickly and efficiently. They were very careful and consistent. Always sent me updates. Excellent staff at 2020. Especially Gary. I highly recommend them if you ever have auto body needs for your car.

We had such a wonderful experience with 2020 Auto Body, especially Gary! We were in the middle of moving to Hawaii when our car was rear-ended, and because of the timing, we had to wait until our car arrived on the island to get it repaired. It was one more thing we were worried about during an already stressful move with our family. From the very first phone call we made to 2020, Gary was incredibly helpful and made the entire process so much easier. He helped take the burden off of us and made us feel confident that everything was being taken care of. In my eyes, Gary went above and beyond, and his kindness and hospitality truly stood out and we will absolutely be going back to 2020 Auto Body for anything we need in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of our family!

2026 Toyota Tacoma OR. Shannon & Gary, great guys. I would use them again. Good communication keeping me informed with the process. Unfortunately Toyota Servco had difficulty getting parts delivered and had to wait a few months to get parts for the repair. No fault to 2020 Autobody. I would definitely use them again.
