Paint is not a Toytota exact match. Right rear bumper end cap black trim between end cap and quarter panel is loose. Rock guard paint pattern was painted 2 inches too high.

Gary and his team did an amazing job with the repairs on my van. They paid amazing attention to detail making sure all panels and body lines matched to pre-accident spec. The paint job was perfect and looks like it came straight from the factory.

Even before bringing the car onto the lot, Gary and his team showed great customer service with a follow up phone call. During the initial inspection and throughout the repair process, they provided full and prompt updates on the progress of the vehicle. Once repairs were made, he did a full walkthrough and was able to answer all of my questions.

Took a good long and close look at the repair and it was flawless. Gary and 2020's communication was great as I was kept informed of the car's progress in the shop and in fact they finished 3 days before it was promised. Getting to and from 2020 to Enterprise for a rental was super easy and quick. Thank you to the entire 2020 team.

Dealing with a lot of customer service situations lately, and working with Gary at 2020 Autobody was simple and easy. Communication(which is really the only thing that matters once you drop your car off) was clear and consistent. Updates were given often, and vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule. Like I said earlier, I'm dealing with other customer service issues right now as a consumer, and working with Gary was never an issue and I never had to give it a second thought!
