I’m grateful for the efficiency and promptness of the repair. The communication was consistent & in real time which is unheard of, especially for an Autobody shop. Your service was not only surprising but unexpected. Being completed 6days prior to the estimated time is also appreciative and complete satisfactory. Hopefully I won’t need it but if I ever need my car repaired or worked on again. You’d be my first choice and I will definitely refer others to you. Haven’t had my car back for a full day yet but by just observing the repair I’m satisfied. Mahalo nui for the amazing service, communication, efficiency & hospitality as well. You definitely provided the whole service package. More businesses (not just in auto) should follow your customer service plans.

Gary who i worked with was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the process. I sincerely appreciate their flexibility that allowed me to drop my car at a later date than originally discussed to accommodate a better timeline when i'd be traveling and thus wouldnt need my car.

This was my second time having bodywork fixed and painted here. Both experiences were great! The employees are patient, kind, and understanding. Gary is quick to respond to emails and voice messages. They have very reasonable wait times from estimate to completed repairs. My vehicle was finished ahead of the promise by date both times! I’m a customer for life!
