Although more car parts had to be ordered after I was finally told to bring my car in, Gary kept me up to date as to the status of the order. Thankfully, the final car parts arrived right before my loaner was due to be returned and Gary said my car had priority. I picked it up in a few days and am thoroughly satisfied with the great job they did! Car looks like new!

If by customer service you mean how long it took to repair the damage then this score would be much lower. Sorry I think you were busy. But I first checked in on August 24 got called to bring the car on September 19 and picked it up on September 29.
