Very, Very satisfied with the workmanship! Everybody was kind, nice and personable. My car looked and made me feel like it was new! They went above and beyond even washing and cleaning the inside. I will forever recommend them!

Telephone message said that car would not be ready on the 20th, as originally planned, but on the 25th, due to supply chain issues (as I recall the stated reason). But on the 20th, a Friday, later in the day, I was informed that the car was ready for pick up, but I could not do so last minute. I picked up the car on the following Monday. No problem for me, but I hope that the insurer will continue to pay for the rental car until Monday. Still in question, though.

The staff at 2020 were awesome! Gary was our main point of contact and he was very professional and very friendly. He kept me posted every step of the way. We were not satisfied with the final outcome considering how our car ended up in the shop to begin with. However, Gary did his best to help us out and we are appreciative of that.
