Experience was great and work expedited in less time than. Anticipated which was great for me. May want to consider complimentary pick up and drop off services for clients who do not have transportation alternatives when dropping off vehicles.

I understand that everybody is very busy but I think at least the day before the job is supposed to be completed the customer should be contacted and updated on the progress of the repairs and assured of its timely completion.

I had a great experience with 2020 Auto Body. Service was great and my car looks great. They did a great job matching the paint color. I have had work done at another shop and the paint color looked a bit off. So, I was vey happy to see it matched.
