The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They also worked diligently with the insurance company, which requires a great deal of patience, and that was very much appreciated. From the very beginning, Stephanie answered my call immediately and was incredibly nice and professional. When I arrived, Maria handled the pre-assessment, and Chris Murray, the Manager of Repair Planning, walked me through the shop and the repair process. Chris and the entire team did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process, clearly communicating the timing, costs, and next steps. Tahisha was also very cordial and helpful toward the end of the process. The communication, professionalism, quality of work, and customer service from the entire team were outstanding. The ca"

Maitland Auto Collision Center
1221 Minnesota Ave, Winter Park(407) 628-11171221 Minnesota Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789"I have very good USAA auto insurance and that I was advised by my insurance adjuster that I have several choices of auto body shops to take my car to. One was even the Toyota body shop, and the choice was mine to make. USSA highly recommended Maitland Auto Body and I'm so glad I used them, they were very considerate and knowledgeable about how long it would take to repair my car. It takes a lot these days for me to make this good of a recommendation! I don't think you could go wrong with this body shop!"
