"My truck looks great. The only thing I would recommend to you is that your service/bodyshop department would keep in touch with customers with updates on repair. Getting a hold of someone at your dealership is awful. I called and left messages your service department called me back a WEEK later to set up service. I had to physically go up there to get my truck on list for repairs due to accident damage and my triple A claim agent's had to call several times for information and emailed the agent who inspects vehicles that works for triple A that,s at ur shop .."

"Unfortunately, it did take longer than we were originally told but the communication was always related to us, there were some issues with ordering and different things that came up. There were things that were beyond their control with the additional front end that had to be repaired as well. So although we wish you did not take as long especially because we had to pay out of pocket for a rental. The answer to this question really is no but I don't want to rate them negatively on this because they stayed in contact with us through everything. I do wish there had been some type of a credit towards the rental because of the issues that came up, that would have been appreciated since we paid a lot for the rental. Unfortunately we did not have rental coverage."
