Brian- thanks for helping us skip over the weird red tape with the insurance processes. Joseph was very professional, courteous and prompt. I really appreciated the feedback/updates as we moved through the process. He answered all my questions fully and transparently. He probably should get a bonus 😀 😀 It really felt like you kept our best interest in mind when working with the insurance company and their requirements. Navigating the whole process felt seamless from our end. I cannot reiterate how much we appreciate you being able to provide a courtesy vehicle for us to use while to repairs were being done. Especially with needing to haul 3 kids. And especially juggling the van and the (I think) Mirano in the interim. It literally saved us! We will continue to utilize you for anything in the future, and send ALL referrals your way. Thanks for m"
