I was so worried about the damage when I came to drop my car off but the staff was so helpful. They explained the work that would be done, when I could expect the car to be ready and coordinated my rental when I arrived. I also received frequent updates on the status of work being completed. 10/10 experience.

The whole team is amazing. From the first day I took my car in for repair until the day when I received a call from Donald that my car was ready. I was treated with nothing but kindness. The Burnside auto team are professionals. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs. Also my car looks like the first day I bought it. clean and nice. I could not ask for more. Everything was great ,the way they put the customer first and made sure that all was done in a professional and polite manner .I particularly liked how you received text messages from the team giving you updates on your car . Great csr service, Suzy greets you with a positive attitude and a cheerful disposition .Jeff and Donald are always professional in handling csr repair issues. They are fast and efficient and personable. I recently had a issue and they were glad to help. I do like the fact that they are constantly updating you on the progress of your repair via text and letting you know when completion is expected. Burnside auto is first rate Kevin Russell
