As I brought my car to your repairshop, I was squeptical about the time frame given to me for the repair. I just did not know how worthy was the waited time. My car's repairment was so perfect. They even wash, clean and pollished my car in and out. Looks brand new. Thank you!

The professionalism and care that I was treated with was outstanding! First, they accommodated ne 15 minutes before their official opening times just so I could get to work on time. It was my first accident and ,very calmly, everything was explained to me . I was kept informed of the progress with the car, always treated so nicely and with so much respect. I initially brought my vehicle to this location due to it’s convenience but since I personally experienced the great staff and service I have mentioned to all my friends and family to use Burnside Ave. it’s extremely difficult to find a shop that is genuinely concerned with giving you the best customer service and quality. This is by far the best I have experienced I would not trust any other business and highly recommend you to bring all your car needs there. Between Susie and Ronald I encountered the most, all of their staff have the upmost respect and great service that are needed in all other businesses I would not trust my car with anyone else other than Burnside Ave !!!!

They were clear about the process with the insurance, kept in touch, friendly, repaired the car beautifully and fast and added small touches like a key ring, air freshener and a scratch off then we picked up the car.
