2888 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville(830) 896-71552888 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville, TX 78028"The experience with the staff was amazing. Lorrie did a fantastic job keeping me updated. Erin the receptionist was also well informed and did a fantastic job. Darrel the tec was unbelievable in saving my personal license plate which I thought was a total loss. They cost me $500. Customer service at this caliber is almost nonexistent today and this group of people Lorrie, Erin, and Darrel gave me hope and so impressed me. I will tell everyone I know about their unbelievable kindness, caring, and professionalism. These three are keepers and definitely deserve raises or bonuses. Ya'll will see me again if I ever need repairs! Rae Ann Brown"
