The receptionist was polite and friendly despite me calling with unusual requests. The only area for improvement that I noticed was that I never received a call when the repairs were completed. My wife called to check on the status of the car and the gentleman who answered seemed frustrated and stated he'd called the previous business day. I had no missed calls. Perhaps I was in an area with poor cell service and the call was unable to connect, but simply leaving a voicemail would've solved the problem. However, this is a minor issue that doesn't detract from the otherwise great experience."
