I would have preferred an email or something to get updates instead of having to call in to ask about the status of my car. Otherwise everyone I spoke to was amazing.

Took almost 4 weeks to get car back instead of 1 and half as estimate. Did not receive any courtersy call to update about that at al… i have to call them by myself 3 times.

Received the car back with inside not being cleaned, all the dust from the body sanding was left inside the car. Had to spend hours cleaning everything inside to get it back to original condition. The repair looks great but just disappointing to have to be responsible for cleaning up for that part of the repair.
