The repairs to my GTI were exceptional.! The damaged door and rear panel were installed perfectly and the paint was correctly matched with no imperfections in the alignment. All done and delivered two days ahead.of schedule. Brian and Branny Binker and A Auto Tech gave me back a car that shows no evidence of damage from a very hard hit.

Rear camera is not working properly . The warning colors are not coming up. Also, the driver seat belt alarm is not beeping even after a while of not being in place. Dont know about passenger side yet.

A Auto Tech's reputation and quality of workmanship is well known. HOWEVER- in my case, as a customer not being an expert on auto body repair and painting, I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING that when you wet sanded and buffed my car that IT WOULD MAKE THE STONE GUARDS LOOK SO BAD!!! Did it not dawn on you to speak to me about it before you did it? When I saw the car, the sanding and buffing job looked absolutely beautiful- but the hideous Stone Guards were absolutely screaming "look at me!" In addition, there was a spot on the right side below the passenger's door where the paint was scraped off to the bare metal. When I said something about it your Foreman said "oh I didn't see that". Didn't see it??? How could you possibly have missed it??? So he did a little touch-up on the spot which made the spot disappear since it's down low and is really not noticeable. But once again how could that possibly have been overlooked? There were also a couple of spots on my right sliding door that you should have spoken to me about sometime during the 8 days that you had the car and given me the option to paint that door! I really love your shop! I absolutely love the quality of work that you guys do and you are always extremely professional, attentive and cordial. However, once again these several things mar what would have been an otherwise absolutely perfect job! Respectfully submitted, Gerald S. Coe
