I had to come back on 4 separate occasions to get my car fixed. The quality of work is very poor. The tech should do a final inspection before they call the customer to pick up the car. They evidently don't do that because I had to come back several times to point out different issues. I will not recommend anyone to A Auto Teach even if they ask about the paint job on my car. I dropped off my car 1/8/21 and it's 2/13/21 and I'm still dealing with this. I had to pay out of pocket for an alignment which now I have to wait on a mail reimbursement vs providing it to me in person. Again proving the poor careless quality of work performed.

The staff is friendly, but that does not compensate for the poor quality of work. I select 1, because in 1 of the 4 visit I made I advised that the car needed an alignment the tech/representative got in my car drove up and down street and said didn't feel nothing. In other words he dismissed my concern for the alignment. Resulting in me going and having to take to another place and pay out of pocket and on top of have to inconveniently have to wait in mail for reimbursement vs upfront knowing a week ago I was going to come claim reimbursement. The service to the customer per my experience has been poor.

I am quite happy with the quality of the repair services, however I do have a couple of issues. First, the car was returned to me with a hazard warning on the dash for depleted windshield washer solution. Apparently, there was none in stock, and my solution was used to clean my car. Second, and more important, after a few miles of driving, the tire hazard light came on. The tire on a repaired rim ws dangerously overinflated (46 lbs. v. a recommended 32.) Careless.
