Shop got my car back to me within a week. However, there was an issue with the paint job. Rather than smoothing the surface of the bumper prior to painting, the paint tech just painted the bumper with no prep (excuse was that it was a brand new bumper). My husband spoke with the shop last Monday. Alvaro told us the work was warrantied, that Toyota probably would not return his phone call until Tuesday. He would call me. Here we are — the following Monday, and still not one word back from them. Not even an update to say things are taking longer than expected, nothing. Once we walked out the door, we were forgotten. My brand new bumper on my brand new car has paint bubbles, rough edges, paint chips, scratches, and uneven paint in multiple spots. Was promised a resolution, and instead, have been ignored.

When you have a person who only concern is to satisfy and to give his customers the best service possible how xmxan you not be satisfied. The business is clean ,the staff is professional. I did tell them when I picked up my vehicle I hope I never see them again and was only because I don't want another accident but if I did u would bring my car there
