From start to finish it was a positive experience. Marsha was so helpful while working with the insurance company. They only did the necessary repairs and even saved me some $. I loved getting the automated updates on the progress of the repairs. Once the job was complete, I needed to come back because the side panel of the rear bumper wasn't completely flush, but Kevin helped me right away. Overall, I am very happy with the service at Mandi's and will be recommending their shop to others. Thanks again!
