As the technician was reassembling my vehicle the front grill was missing and needed to be ordered which caused an 1 week delay. I was not happy with the delay but once the part did come in my car was reassembled quickly. Perhaps, in the future double checking that all the parts were ordered and received prior to the customer dropping off their car. I am completely happy how my car turned out and thank you for the job well done.

I would have appreciated being able to actually talk to mechanic or anyone. Just dropped my car off and picked it up. While I was happy with final product, I was shocked by cost. Literally just thoght some scratches would be buffed and painted and it came to nearly $6,000 for new parts. I tried calling, but no onecalled me back. I was very please with how well my car was cleaned, too.
