When I picked up my car after 2 weeks it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. (Cylinder 4 misfire). I was told that the shop had nothing to do with it even though my car was NOT misfiring at all when I drove the 20 minutes to drop it off. I never had a check engine light on until after the accident and I was told I would have to go to the dealership to pay even more money to make sure the code was apart of the accident. There was a tape measurer left in my engine bay, and I never received any updates about my car or when it was ready to be picked up because someone got my file confused with another person which left enterprise charging me $55 for the extra day I kept the rental car even though I had zero knowledge that my car was ready the day before.
