Considering the lack of communication that transpired during my car was being fixed, the invasion of privacy I felt when I received my car back and things were out of order which meant my car was gone through, the time it took to be repaired, having to bring the car back for the windshield to be replaced (which they did apologize for the inconvenience), but then the shards of glass all
