The office manager "Dawn" was in contact with Allstate and scheduled everything.There was a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car in for the repair. They were great dropped off my vehicle early and they had it done within 5 days. Was so pleased them having it done so quick saved me $170 on a rental car I had since I got to bring the car back sooner than anticipated.

Great experience! Dawn at the front desk was very pleasant and kept me updated on my vehicle. Junior spent time with me and made me feel very confident that he would take good care of my vehicle, and when I picked up my car, it was washed and beautiful! That was a really nice surprise. I would recommend them 100 percent, the shop was so clean and comfortable as well!
