I originally went to another body shop for an estimate, but happened to drive by A-1 and decided to stop for a second opinion. I’m so glad I did—their estimate was half the cost of the first shop! Theo was my first point of contact and immediately made a great impression with his outstanding customer service. By the time I dropped off my car, he had transferred to another location, but I was equally impressed with everyone else I dealt with. The entire team was friendly, professional, and provided the same high level of customer service throughout the process. The shop was clean and well run, the repair work was excellent, and my car looks great. Quality work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend A-1!

Fantastic business. Would recommend this business 1000%. The work they did to repair the damage to my car was great. They are professional and it begins as soon as you walk in the door. The office clean and very welcoming. Their repair space is also clean as much as I could see. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs every other day if not everyday. They work directly with the insurance company (if you were involved in an accident). Plus their work is guaranteed for as long as you own your car. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about A1 Body & Glass. This was my first accident and hopefully my last. But should I have the misfortune of another accident I will not hesitate to take my car there.
