The car was ready since 23rd of February they called me on the 29 to get the car. And the lied to me and said that the spoke to me and asked me to come get the car on 23rd. Also I am not satisfied with the service it could be better

The first time I gave my car to the body shop they repaired the damaged outside, but they disconnected the fan from the car. The reason they gave was that the battery was going to die. They gave me the car like that and didn’t even tell me they disconnected anything, I had to find out myself when I was trying to turn on the air/heat and it wasn’t working. I returned to the body shop and they told me that I had to contact my insurance to know if they(the body shop) could fix it. When I finally got my car after 3 weeks my car was filled with garbage, they were mysterious black dots. They also didn’t tell me that they disconnected the alarm system of the car and I had to also find that out myself, what is even worse is that the car no longer responds to the remote so that I can start it. When I raised the hood of the car there was just an abundance of sand. I fact the whole car was like that filled with dirt, garbage and marks.

The issues in which I was told were going to be fixed were not. I could clearly see the parts used were not new or even matched the opposite side of my car. I would not use this garage again
