From the moment we spoke on the phone to pulling out of the driveway, was greeted with a warm welcome and pleasant exchanges during the whole process. Very professional yet personable. It can be intimidating walking onto an auto body lot or similar but Aaron Jr. I think it was or who seemed to be the office mgr made sure I was taken care of...I didn't have to worry about calling the car rental, everything was timely and he made it a point to do a walk around the car to make sure I was happy. Bonus-car wash and vaccum!
