They did a great job on replacing everything that was broken. Appreciated the extra cleaning of the rig. However, they did end up covering my bungee cords to my Tonneau cover. Had to rip them out and buy new ones.

Everyone was polite and got back to me as soon. OK, however, I had a disagreement about another part being fixed. Staff were polite, but gave me the runaround to have me talk to insurance instead, which wouldn’t do anything. Would’ve been better just to give me the straight no.
