The customer service was outstanding. However, I'd like to shed light on the fact that the communication within had a bit of a snag. I was billed $200 for service that ended up being covered and paid for by my insurance. Somehow, the accounting/billing was confused and billed me. It was handled expeditiously...it could've been avoided all together.
