I was very disappointed with the timeline of work. Was originally told it would be a week long process which turned in to two and a half weeks without my car. When told why the car wasn’t ready upon calling them on each date they said it would be done I was given a couple different stories. I was also disappointed with the communication. I wasn’t kept up to date with the repair and issues they ran into while repairing other than me calling in when it was supposed to be done two different times. It wasn’t until I got my car and then brought it back in to check the window that they communicated with me first.

Everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice, and I was kept up to date and informed each step of the way. My car was ready earlier than expected in spite of parts being backordered, which was fantastic!

I appreciated the extra effort to clean out the inside of the vehicle, I vaguely remember half a box of the kids cheerios on the floor when I dropped it of. Nice to get into a clean vehicle. The repair work looks great, definitely a professional job.
