the entire staff is wonderful. when i went in to get the l estimate it was done right than and there by Jessie. He is very friendly and answered all my questions. The new door is an exact match (minus the dents 😀) and installed with the upmost care i couldn’t tell that it had been damaged. i was kept informed about the progress the entire time my car was being repaired by text and phone calls. I’ve had repair work done there before and once again was VERY SATISFIED. i knew when my insurance company recommended them and another business that i was going to ABRA No if and or buts 😀. Job well done!!!

It’s only been a few days since I picked our vehicle up. We’ll so how it holds up over time, but so far we’re pleased with the work.

More damage was discovered once the vehicle started being disassembled so it was in a little longer than initially anticipated (for good reason), but they made a loaner car available for me to use and advocated on our behalf for the other driver’s insurance carrier to cover all of the repairs. I appreciated not needing to deal with the insurance carrier.
