I appreciated the clear communication. Jacques kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and made me feel comfortable checking in as needed for additional information on pick up time. I was eager to get my truck back and didn't feel like a burden with my frequent check in towed the end of the repair.

My experience with the Abra was good the work was excellent and on time. They kept me informed and updated on all repairs. They did a great job, the one thing that concerns me is my vehicle was driven 12 miles from when I dropped it off, I didn't understand that.

Work was done in a reasonable timeframe, the work looks good the truck was cleaned out and vacuumed my representative handling it was very polite and kept me updated .. The grill on top of the hood the front doesn’t seem to fit that tight with the clips but we shall see!! otherwise very satisfied over all with the results and time and courtesy
