The team was great. They updated me every step of the way. They ordered all parts and scheduled service when all the parts arrived. Unfortunately more damage was found and another part order was placed. Even though they had to order more parts and the final part had multiple shipping delays, they team still had my vehicle completed on time. I forgot my pool cue in the back of my car and had to return and ask the guys to grab it for me. I was told "Brown case? I remember seeing that while working on the tail gate. I'll grab it for you." It was nice that they are attentive. I feel like other shops would have taken 45 minutes to figure out which car was even mine and they knew exactly what I was looking for even though it wasn't part of their job or part of the car. Timely, communicative, friendly, helpful. Ill bring my car back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained my options for fixing my car and agreed with my choice. The work was done in a timely manner and I was on my way. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done on their car.

The problem is the front desk , everytime I come in for an oil change I deal with Will. I feel like I walk away charged for extra services that I come to find out were unnecessary. I do agree to the services but I’m not experienced with cars.

This a the third time for the same repair. The body shop guys were great. Chris is wonderful. Really worked hard , unfortunately I also had bad parts.

The employees are so kind and helpful. They are their first thing in the morning and ready to help. I appreciate the regular communication and they finished my car earlier than expected. The facility is nice and welcoming. My car came back gorgeous and cleaner than it has been in a long time. Thank you Abra if I need this type of service again, I will definitely be back. I give you the highest rating I can. First class treatment and service. Attention to detail is hard to find these days, and you have it down!
