Appreciate the help and laid back understanding front desk girls!! Picking up the van and seeing that it was vacuumed and cleaned inside along with windows cleaned was honestly a mother's dream and put tears in my eyes. Not expected but that was a humbling surprise. The fact that it takes days to find car parts was a little upsetting. As well calling the landline and sometimes experiencing no call pick up? Does any one believe in good customer service anymore.

The job was done very well. They cleaned the car quite a bit and we got back the vehicle working just as well as it always did. It was just simply a mirror that had to be replaced. Getting parts took a little while mostly because they ordered the stuff on the Friday when we brought it in and we just had to wait over the weekend to get all the parts properly which is not a big deal. I've had other jobs done there too with complete satisfaction
