Ashley was very helpful, kind, and patient. She makes a great first impression for Toyota/Abra. I also spoke with someone in the parts department, Matt in service and Jeremy in sales . All of them made me feel like I was an important customer. Ft.Dodge Toyota has a very good customer culture! One of several reasons I only own and buy Toyotas.

Body repair was great. They were very transparent with the work they needed to do. However, there were paint splatters all over under my hood from when it was painted.

Ashley was awesome to work with she did everything I requested. My vehicle looks GREAT. Outside of a piece of equipment be delayed the service was impeccable. And I would recommend Abra 100% to anyone.

The exterior of the car looked fabulous. Who ever detailed the interior of the car however must have used an old oily rag to wipe it down. it smelled of gas and had an oil film of the whole interior. We had to wipe it down when we got home and spray the inside with air freshener to get rid of the smell.
