While the repairs were fine, the lack of actual communication was not. The auto texts may be "cute", but certainly have nothing to actually do with the repairs, time it will take to complete them etc. I was always the one to call, and almost two weeks later, I was still the one calling, only to find out there were more questions to be answered. Not happy on that aspect of the repairs at all.
