Every person I encountered was knowledgeable, helpful, and eager. At no point did I feel like an inconvenience to the representatives assisting me. Ashley also went above and beyond. She was timely, thorough, and very communicative. At no point during the repair process did I have time to even think of a possible question because Ashley anticipated them and answered them accordingly.

You guys outdid yourselves. From the second half of my initial contact with abra. Ashleigh was amazing and a genuine person who shows her appreciation for her craft. She was very thorough and I felt heard. I was treated with respect and kindness by her. From that point on, the process was so quick. Loved the text updates. You know us humans love to be reassured haha. Then when yall finished everything… I couldn’t believe my eyes. Everything looks so clean and fresh and just all the good things. I was very very impressed by this team and I will always recommend yall to whoever I get the chance to. Thank you guys so much. Hopefully I don’t see yall again lol but if I had to I wouldn’t be opposed. You guys are amazing.
