You guys outdid yourselves. From the second half of my initial contact with abra. Ashleigh was amazing and a genuine person who shows her appreciation for her craft. She was very thorough and I felt heard. I was treated with respect and kindness by her. From that point on, the process was so quick. Loved the text updates. You know us humans love to be reassured haha. Then when yall finished everything… I couldn’t believe my eyes. Everything looks so clean and fresh and just all the good things. I was very very impressed by this team and I will always recommend yall to whoever I get the chance to. Thank you guys so much. Hopefully I don’t see yall again lol but if I had to I wouldn’t be opposed. You guys are amazing.

couldn’t be happier with the work that Abra body shop did on my car. From the moment I dropped it off, the staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything stress-free. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely amazing like the damage had never happened. The paint matched perfectly, the repairs were flawless, and the attention to detail was outstanding. They clearly take pride in their workmanship and treat every vehicle as if it were their own. My wife and I have so appreciated our experience with Abra , especially Kristina as our "front person" regarding our Kia's repair. She was thorough, professional, communicative, accommodating, and pleasant during the entire process. The automated text updates were helpful to keep us informed of each stage of the repair. This being our first time ever going through the process of getting collision damage repaired, we were naturally a little nervous, but Kristina and the Abra staff and technicians did a marvelous job!
